Here is a short video of me doing crunches. I think I did good.
- I went high enough
- I didn't drag myself up
- I kept my feet on the ground
No one is perfect, so here are things to work on.
- Stop putting my hands on the floor
- Keeping my back straight

I think you did really good on keeping both of your feet on the ground. I liked how you took your time on every crunch. You could work on not putting your hands on your knees. Keep up the good work.
